The Impossible Game

There are a number of android games right now that seem to claim to be impossible. And whilst this may not always be the case, there are a lot that are so near to The Impossible Game, an android game, it goes beyond frustrating. But what is interesting about this android game is that you will still want to keep playing them again and again, until you can do it perfectly. The Impossible Game on Android is certainly one of those. It subscribes to the minimalist game design ideas, in that there is only one control – tap the screen to jump. This will make your shape jump up and down in order to avoid oncoming obstacles – and wow is it difficult.

At first it starts off fairly easy, and you may feel that the game is not really living up to its title. But as you progress with the game it becomes so ridiculously hard that you may have to stop yourself throwing your phone across the room in frustration.

But this is the thing – The Impossible Game is certainly a much sweeter victory when you do finally manage, and the concept itself is genius. You will want to play it again and again until you have perfected the entire game, and there is still even more replay value within it.

The music goes incredibly well with the levels, making you really tense as you attempt to complete a level in as few attempts as possible, whilst the graphics themselves are simple but stylish. It truly makes for a brilliant game, and is definitely a great way to spend a few hours if you are feeling bored, as you will never want to put it down until the game is defeated.
