Connect2Media Announces
12 Games for Android
Let the race begin for the Android promised land. With
both Namco and Glu proudly announced their first Android
games in the last few weeks, Connect2Media is jumping
into the game with 12 new releases.
The first of these titles will be available in the
first quarter of next year and the initial releases
will include titles such as ‘4 in a Row EX’, a updated
version of the familiar and popular game, and ‘Classic
Card Games EX’, a compilation of three casual card
games featuring evergreen favourites, hearts, spades
and rummy. the publisher is also promising to bring
a brand-new and groundbreaking, as yet-to-be-announced,
multi-platform franchise to Google Android, details

Connect2Media’s development
of these twelve Google Android titles stays true
to its mission of being the total entertainment
company.
Connect2Media, which until recently
was part of Hands-On Mobiles european arm, isn't
stopping with just Android games. Connect2Media
says it will also be releasing games for iPhone, Xbox
360 and Wii next year. The games will be part of a larger
release schedule that encompasses true cross-platform
compatibility. This strategy will allow gamers
to concentrate on the games rather than whether it will
work on a specific device, making for a truly seamless
gaming experience.

for Android reinforces our intention to be a developer
and publisher of high quality casual games for multiple
platforms and it also shows our commitment to new
and exciting ways of gaming,” said Eric Hobson, CEO

Other mobile publishers to have announced their Android
mobile gaming plans include EA Mobile, Gameloft, Glu
Mobile and Namco Networks.
